[ DIY: color-blocked sunglasses ]

photo

Super simple DIY to make an old pair of sunglasses look brand new! (I’m loving this color combination right now, especially for summer).

You can use paint or nail polish, but if you’re using nail polish you’ll need about 3 coats to get an opaque color. I used Essie’s Mint Candy Apple to get that perfect sea-green.

You can paint the other half if you want as well, either by just following the line thats already there or if you’re not that confident, by applying tape on the top to match the line and painting below the tape (I was happy with the original pruple color so i only painted one half). Make sure your first color is completely dry though before applying tape on top of it!

Happy Crafting!
